Senator Obama is saying that we need to take all the troops out of Iraq. But we must carefully remove them because we put them into Iraq without thinking. Obama suggests we must "End The War." Another thought by Obama and Biden is that they will place 1 to 2 "brigades" every month for 16 months and stop in the summer of 2010. Then, it will currently be 7 years after the war began.
