I am satisfied with the election and the overall election results. The reason for this is because I am democratic and also he had some very good reasons that I was happy with. Some of those plans are like what he is going to do with the Iraqi soldiers; Carefully removing them. I am with that comment/ plan.
In my opinion, I would keep the electoral college system. Also keep the system the way it has been for all the time we have been using it. I think it has great expectations and requirements of the candidates. Although if I could change the system in any way, I would maybe add a bonus of electoral votes to the candidate who wins the popular vote so "We The People" get more of a chance to say who we want for president.
After closely looking at my map of the electoral votes estimation on who's going to win which state, I am noticing that I have been very close in my estimation. I only got 3 out of the 50 states wrong. Although I am not sure about Missouri for they haven't calculated all the votes in for that state specifically, yet (as far as I know). What basically happened is that Barrack Obama appealed to more people than John McCain did. Therefore, Barrack Obama "Wins the White House".
My Gallup poll research influenced my prediction on the popular vote by Barrack receiving 51% of the popular votes and John McCain receiving 48% of the popular votes (and 1% of the votes went to the independence piece of the election).
Other comments I would like to share are like how I thought that Barrack was ready to be elected whereas John McCain had his turn to run a little while ago. On the other hand, both candidates had well thought out plans, and speeches, and debates.
